The May 2018 Oil Crops Outlook analyzes the major changes and events in the world market for oilseeds and oilseed products.

Errata: On May 16, 2018, the May 2018 Oil Crops Outlook report (OCS-18E) was reposted to correct the 2018/19 planted and harvested acreages and yield for peanuts in table 7. The correct figures are 1,537 and 1,475 (1,000 acres) and 4,149 (pounds per acre).
