Overview

The Livestock, Dairy, and Poultry Outlook for February 2021 analyzes economic impacts of month-to-month changes in USDA's World Agricultural Supply and Use Estimates Report on domestic and international markets for beef, pork, lamb, poultry, eggs, and dairy products.

Errata: On February 18, 2021, errors were corrected in the charts for U.S. beef imports and U.S. beef exports, published in the Livestock, Dairy, and Poultry Outlook report for February 2021. No other components of the report were affected by the errors.
