Dairy data includes summary statistics, estimates, and compilations of economic data concerning the U.S. dairy industry. Dairy data allows users to understand and analyze important supply and demand factors affecting the U.S. dairy industry. Dairy data is updated monthly, quarterly, and annually. It uses data from primary sources, federal and nonfederal, to provide added value data regarding U.S. dairy industry.

Note: Trade data and accompanying analysis published by USDA, Economic Research Service in June 2026 will not reflect annual revisions to the U.S. International Trade in Goods and Services data released by the U.S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of the Census on June 9, 2026. Revisions will be reflected in USDA, ERS products after the July 2026 release of trade data by the Census Bureau.
