Overview

The Sugar and Sweeteners Outlook for June 2021 reviews the sugar and sweetener market conditions for the United States and Mexico based on updates to the May WASDE report. It also includes special articles that cover the global sugar market as well as the U.S. honey market.

Errata: On September 27, 2021, the Sugar and Sweeteners Outlook: June 2021 report was reposted to correct errors that occurred in data transmission. The errors occurred in Table 34, Top global honey producers, 2019—as well as two associated references in the text—and were corrected. No other components of the report were affected by the error.
