Overview

The October 2016 outlook for both the U.S. and global wheat markets is analyzed based on the latest projections contained in USDA's World Agricultural Supply and Demand Estimates report.

Errata: On October 14, the Wheat Outlook report was reposted to correct the 2016/17 planted area for White wheat reported in table 2. The correct figure is 4.188 million acres, not 3.6795 million acres as reported in the earlier release.
