Briefly

Victoria is an agricultural economist at USDA’s Economic Research Service (ERS), specifically within the Food Economics Division. She is part of the Food Markets Branch, where she helps to provide updated information surrounding the Food Price Outlook data product.

Education

Victoria holds a master of applied economics, as well as a bachelor of arts in political science, both from Washington State University.
