Grace Grossen is an agricultural economist with the Animal Products and Cost of Production Branch in the Market and Trade Economics Division of USDA's Economic Research Service (ERS). She joined ERS in 2019, where she is an outlook economist focusing on turkeys and veal. She also contributes to USDA’s World Agricultural Supply and Demand Estimates (WASDE) as well as the Livestock, Dairy, and Poultry Outlook.
Grace earned a B.S. in Animal and Poultry Sciences from Virginia Tech University in 2017 and an M.S. in Agricultural and Applied Economics in 2019, also from Virginia Tech.
