Briefly

Okkar Mandalay joined ERS in October 2019 as an agricultural economist in the Farm Economy Branch. Prior to joining ERS, Okkar served in the United States Army for eight and a half years.

Education

Okkar received a B.A. in Physics from the University of Alaska Fairbanks and an M.Sc. in International and Development Economics from the University of San Francisco.
