2012 Farm Income Forecast Down, but Still High(Feb. 13, 2012)
For 2012, net farm income is forecast at $91.7 billion, down 6.5 percent from the 2011 forecast, but still the second-highest nominal value on record. Median total farm household income is expected to rise by 1.8 percent in 2011 to $55,131, reaching $55,805 in 2012.
