Rachael M. Brown
Rachael Brown is an agricultural economist with the Structure, Technology and Productivity branch within the Resource and Rural Economics Division. As an agricultural economist, Rachael is the ARMS Phase II data analyst working with a team of other ARMS data analysts.
Rachael’s research background includes production technologies, precision agriculture, climate change and sustainable intensification. Prior to this she was an agricultural economist intern with ERS in the summer of 2012 and 2013. After completing her last internship and prior to her current position she joined the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) as a research assistant working on sustainable intensification related to fertilizer and land use changes
Rachael received a M.S. (2013) in Agricultural Economics from the University of Kentucky and a B.S. (2011) from the University of Florida in Food and Resource Economics.
