C.S. is a Senior Economist of the Conservation & Environment Branch. He is interested in wide variety of research agenda that is valuable to both agricultural policymakers and academics.
C.S. has been an Economist since 1984. Before joining with the ERS, he was Assistant Professor at University of Idaho.
C.S. received his Ph.D. in Production Economics from Oregon State University. He received his M.S. and B.S. in Statistics, with a minor in Operations Research, from Utah State University.
