Source: Data through the 2nd quarter of 2011 was calculated using data from the U.S. Department of Commerce, Census Bureau's Flour Milling Products (MQ311A) and U.S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of Economic Analysis' Foreign Trade Statistics. Calculations from July 2014 are based on data from the U.S. Department of Agriculture, National Agricultural Statistics Service's Flour Milling Products. There was no data for making milling calculations between these two dates.
