U.S. Live Cattle Imports

This diskette contains monthly U.S. imports of live cattle by tariff 
schedule number, from 1970 to 1990.  Quantity is in head, and value 
is in U.S. dollars. It was derived from official data released by the 
Bureau of the Census.  

This diskette contains four files named in the following manner:

    1.  LISTI_(country abbreviation, CN for Canada or MX for 
              Mexico)--contains the tariff schedule number, country 
              code, year, month, quantity, and value.  

    2.  TABI_(country abbreviation) contains monthly quantity data in 
             table form, by year and tariff schedule code.
