To run Americans and Food:

NOTE: You may experience difficulty running this product under a Windows DOS
box.  You may need to close all or most of your windows applications or run 
the product strictly under DOS. Memory requirements are in excess of 408K.
****************************************************************************
 
    1.  Make sure that the CONFIG.SYS file specifies FILES=25 (or more) and
        BUFFERS=20 (or more).
 
    2.  To run from this distribution disk:  enter QUIZ at the DOS prompt.
 
    3.  To run from a hard disk for faster operation:
 
        a.  Create an appropriate directory using the DOS MKDIR command.
            For example, at C:\> enter MKDIR FOODQUIZ  
 
        b.  Copy all files on this disk to the new directory.  For
            example, COPY A:*.* C:\FOODQUIZ
 
        c.  Change to the new directory and enter QUIZ at the prompt.
 
Use Ctrl-Break to stop execution of the quiz program.
 
NOTE:  This version has been tested on IBM and fully compatible personal
       computers with 640KB of memory and DOS 3.2 and DOS 3.30.
