Information Services Division (ISD)
The Information Services Division (ISD) provides a variety of innovative technical services, communication-based products, and analytic support that enables the development and dissemination of ERS data and research to stakeholders. In its many solution offerings, ISD is a provider, partner, and leader.
Applications Development
Applications Development staff develop and maintain databases, web applications, and application services, and provide programming, data management, and operational support.
Publishing
Publishing staff manage the production and release of research reports, Amber Waves magazine articles, Charts of Note, and special Outlook reports.
Research Support
Research Support staff provide data analysis, development, and information presentation support, information collection guidance, and manage analytic software.
Web
Web staff direct the Agency's digital strategy – notably the internal and external web presence – to showcase its research, programs, and activities.
